The U.S. Census Bureau recently reported a 5.7% increase in the seasonally adjusted annual rate of new residential construction in February 2023, marking the seventh consecutive month of growth.

The Sacramento Region Has Options

Homes range in size from 1,500 to 3,500 square feet, with prices starting in the mid-$400,000s and going up to $1 million.


These incentives may only last a short time.  Builders will back off on these incentives as demand for new home construction continues.
